1. Course Fees: Fees paid for admission, registration, examination, study materials, or any course are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Course Cancellation by Institute: If a course is canceled by CISL Computer Education due to unavoidable circumstances, eligible students may receive a refund or adjustment as determined by the institute.
3. Duplicate Payments: Any excess or duplicate payment made by mistake will be refunded after verification.
4. Withdrawal from Course: No refund will be provided if a student voluntarily withdraws from a course after admission.
5. Digital Products & Online Services: Fees paid for online courses, downloadable materials, test series, or digital services are non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Refund Processing: Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within a reasonable period through the original payment method or any other method deemed appropriate by the institute.
7. Policy Changes: CISL Computer Education reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
